[담당업무]
- Play a very important role in end-to-end delivery, from sales to cash(판매부터 대금 회수까지)
- Act as a gate keeper to ensure all operations are compliant with company and audit requirements
- Handle daily customer orders and central billing orders in a timely manner(고객오더 및 청구 주문)
- Fully support customer and internal account checking
- Provide timely trouble-shooting solutions and handle complaints to satisfy customers
- Build good relationships with customers and other functional teams
- SAP Master Data Maintenance(SAP data 유지관리)
- Quarterly order collection and import order creation
- Work with supply chain team, logistics for impot orders/local delivery
[자격 요건]
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1~5 years of working experience
- Good computer application skills, SAP experience is preferred
- Good communication and trouble-shooting skills
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Well organized and good documentation skills
- Team spirit, open-minded, communicative
