New installation of software’s in customer environment remotely / physically
Implementing / deploying software releases as per plan in customer environment remotely
Implementing / deploying changes in software in customer environment remotely
Associate should monitor the multiple customer environments with the help of remote monitoring tools
Associates should have a thorough knowledge of the SLA’s
