새로운 자체 사옥으로 이전 하였습니다.
헤니앤머코이는 2006년 6월에 설립되었으며 서울시 강남구 역삼역에 소재한 Firm으로
고객사의 70%가 Global 외국계 MNC 입니다. ( 그룹사 / 대기업 / 유니콘 / 스타트업 회사도 고객군 )
기업형 대규모 혹은 부동산 중개 수준의 헤드헌팅회사보다는
고객과 후보자들이 신뢰할수 있는 강한 Boutique를 지향하며 아래와 같은 경쟁력이 있는 Firm 입니다.
1. 20년전 Firm설립과 함께 해온 오래된 네트워크를 통하여 보다 깊이 있고,

2. Consultant(헤드헌터)는 본연의 업무에 충실 할 수 있게끔 Operation 업무(DB입력 및 이력서 작업 등)를
회사에서 지원하는바 시간적 소모를 최대한 save 해 드립니다.
3. 본인이 희망하는 경우 27년차 실무 경험이 풍부한 대표로부터 필드에서 필요한 실질적이고 실리적인 코칭및 실시간 어드바이스를 듣고 배울수 있습니다. 또한 경험 있고 능력 있는 Open minded Colleague, Associate 들은 정보교류 및 포지션 share를 통해 원활하고 활발한 co working을 수행 중입니다.

Candidates should be capable of communicating with expertise about the industry they'll be handling.
Ultimately, recommending strong candidates that align with the client's needs and conducting ongoing follow-ups is essential.

[자격요건] 경력: 경력 2년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: 해드헌터, Headhunter
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in headhunting firms or related fields, possessing a basic understanding of the job responsibilities.
- A senior consultant capable of working with a partnership mindset, functioning as an industry veteran alongside executives - Prefer at least one(1 year) of experience as consultant in a headhunting firm - Over 2 years of experience as a researcher in a headhunting firm - Proactive and Aggressive Business Mind & Attitude - Excellent Communicator & relationship management skills - Business English
