Key Responsibilities - Develop consumer-driven marketing strategies based on Korean market insights
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (media, digital, PR, promotions)
- Collaborate with global marketing teams (US & APAC) to localize global strategies
- Lead brand activation initiatives across online and offline channels
- Partner closely with sales and distribution teams to align marketing and commercial strategies
- Manage annual marketing budget and optimize ROI
- Support new product launches and category expansion (GTM strategy)
- Manage external agencies to maximize performance and ensure consistent delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing
- Preferred background in FMCG or consumer electronics/home appliances
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing and media planning
- Strategic thinking with strong execution and analytical skills
- Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken)
