Client Experience & Advisory
Provide expert advice on Home & Lifestyle products, including design and technical aspects
Recommend tailored interior solutions based on clients’ lifestyle and environment
Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential clients
Support client interactions including home visits, delivery follow-ups, and cross-selling
Sales & Business Development
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to category performance
Lead and close high-value and bespoke Home & Lifestyle projects
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Participate in key brand events and client activations
Category Expertise & Team Support
Act as the in-store expert for the Home & Lifestyle category
Support team training on product knowledge and selling skills
Collaborate with Merchandising and VM to enhance product presentation
Share client insights and market trends
[ 자격조건 ]
Background in Interior Design or a related field
Strong understanding of design, materials, and spatial aesthetics
Fluent in Korean and English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong communication and sales skills with a commercial mindset
Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
Knowledge of design/rendering tools is a plus
Willingness to travel across Korea and North Asia
