· Develop Integrated Business Planning

· Be category guardian for responsible brands to drive brand growth in right way

· Manage category issues and opportunities to derive category and brand growth

· Manage category portfolio and portfolio strategy

· Lead innovations through finding insights from market, consumer and customer

· Plan and execute integrated brand marketing plan and campaign

· Track the performance and analyse effectiveness / outcomes of activation

· Collaborate with agencies and cross functional teams to deliver on-time brand/product launch

· Report issues/problems and come up with solutions/recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring

• Manage financial status (P&L/A&P etc) and understand drivers and identify issues, challenges and opportunities to deliver sustainable growth

- Bachelor's degree

- 10년이상의 소비재 마케팅 경력

- English Communication skill
