• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Major in Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Law preferred)• Minimum 5 – 10+ years of relevant HR experience (including manufacturing industry)
• Extensive experience in ER (including manufacturing industry)
• Proven track record of handling labor disputes and successful labor management (including manufacturing industry)
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
• IT proficiency – MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
