- 헬스케어 전문가 대상 멀티채널 전략 수립 및 실행
→ 온라인·오프라인을 통해 의사/의료진과 효과적으로 커뮤니케이션하고, 브랜드 추천을 유도 - 디지털 혁신 및 운영
→ 웹사이트, e-detailing, CRM 등 디지털 툴을 개발·관리하고 현장 영업팀이 활용하도록 지원 - 성과 분석 및 사업 성장 리딩
→ KPI 설정 및 채널 성과 분석을 통해 ROI를 개선하고 처방 및 추천 확대 - 유관 조직 협업 및 팀 리딩
→ Medical, Sales, Marketing, Digital 조직 간 협업을 이끌고, 교육 및 운영 체계 구축
업무내용(영문)
- - Lead Multichannel Strategy: You will design and implement a comprehensive on- and off-line strategy to effectively engage with healthcare professionals, mapping their decision-making process to enhance brand image and recommendations.
- - Drive Digital Innovation & Operations: You will lead the development and management of the division's digital medical tools, including websites, e-detailing, and CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by the field teams.
- - Achieve Commercial Excellence: By defining and monitoring key performance indicators, you will analyze channel performance to optimize ROI and drive business growth through increased prescriptions and recommendations.
- - Develop and Integrate Teams: You will foster strong collaboration between medical, sales, marketing, and digital teams, leading and training them to effectively utilize new tools and strategies while ensuring compliance with all ethical standards.
Requirements
- A highly experienced professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical or dermatological industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing multichannel or digital strategies targeting healthcare professionals.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Business-level proficiency in both Korean and English.
